Top hospitals. This week.
A tenth of the price.

China's tier-1 hospitals run the world's busiest surgical teams and newest scanners — and can see you this week, at 10–30% of Western prices. Real quotes from real hospitals for $9.90, credited toward anything you book.

$9.90, refunded if we can't quote you — and credited in full toward any service you book.

Fast

This week, not this quarter.

Same-week MRI, CT and endoscopy; surgery scheduled in days. The waitlist is not a law of nature.

World-class

Doctors trained at the world's best. Volumes the world can't match.

Senior physicians at tier-1 hospitals trained at Harvard, Hopkins, Mayo and the world's leading centers — then came home to patient volumes no Western hospital ever sees. Training + repetition is what quality is made of.

A tenth of the price

Prices frozen in time — by law.

China's medical service fees are set by national policy, not by market — and they've barely moved in over a decade. You pay roughly 2014 prices for 2026 medicine: same implant brands, same scanners, MRI ~$100.

Which one are you?

Four kinds of people use us. Differently.

Flying in for care no insurance

You want the full price gap.

Public-tier routing with a companion: MRI ~$100, surgery at the same local prices a Chinese patient pays. This is the deepest discount that exists.

Flying in for care insured

You want speed — and direct billing.

International departments and JCI private hospitals bill 30-40+ global insurers directly. No reimbursement paperwork, no waitlist, world-class specialists.

Already visiting China no insurance

You're 60 seconds from a screening.

Add a same-week full-body check-up ($400-800, one day) or that scan you've been putting off — without breaking your itinerary. Companion optional.

Expat / frequent visitor insured

You want Western-grade, local-smart.

Executive screenings and specialist consults at international hospitals your insurer already direct-bills — plus a navigator who knows where public tier-1 is actually better.

Why our prices look impossible

Four supply tiers. We route you to the right one.

China's healthcare has four price layers for the same medicine. Foreigners usually only ever see the most expensive one. With a companion at your side, the cheaper tiers open up — that's the whole trick. We work in five cities: Beijing · Shanghai · Guangzhou · Shenzhen · Chengdu.

Tier 1Public hospital, standard

Full price gap (MRI ~$100). Chinese-only — our companion bridges it. Best for scans & labs.

Tier 2Public VIP clinic (特需)

¥200–800 registration, list-price tests, more doctor time. Best for consults & endoscopy.

Tier 3International department

English end-to-end, insurance-grade paperwork. Best for surgery.

Tier 4Foreign-invested hospital

Western-style service, thin savings. Only when comfort outranks cost.

More than medicine

Your recovery days become discovery days.

China isn't just where care is fast and affordable — food, shopping and sights run on the same impossible prices. Full Journey clients get a curated program around their treatment schedule:

  • Food you'll talk about for years — $3 street feasts to banquet dinners, cleared against your pre-op requirements
  • Shopping runs (electronics, tailoring, tea) with a companion who knows where locals go
  • Sights paced to your recovery — gardens and museums on rest days, day trips when you're cleared
  • The math that surprises everyone: the entire vacation often costs less than your deductible at home

Why China

Not discount medicine.
The same medicine, priced differently.

  • Capacity you can feel

The world's densest fleet of 3.0T MRI and CT scanners. Same-week booking is normal, not a miracle.

  • World-trained, volume-hardened

The senior physicians who'll see you trained at the world's top institutions — then performed more procedures in a year than many Western peers do in five. Experience predicts outcomes.

  • The price gap is written into policy

Service prices are set by the state and have stayed near decade-old levels; centralized procurement cut device costs 50-80% on top. Cheaper by design — not by cutting corners.

Straight answers

What we are — and what we're not.

Flat fees, zero markups

Our service fees are published and fixed. Hospital bills go to you directly, at the same local prices a Chinese patient pays. We add nothing on top.

Every price sourced and dated

Published prices carry their source and verification date. When we get something wrong, we correct it publicly — the corrections log is open.

We're not a hospital

We don't provide medical care and never handle your treatment payment. Care is delivered by licensed hospitals and physicians; we arrange and accompany.

We'll tell you when not to come

Emergencies, complex ongoing care, anything needing tight follow-up — some things belong at home, and your quote will say so.

FAQ

The questions everyone asks.

Why does a quote cost $9.90?

Because a real quote takes real work — we contact hospitals on your behalf, not scrape a price list. The $9.90 is refunded if we can’t quote your procedure, and credited in full toward any service you book. It also keeps our queue to people who mean it, which is why we can answer in 48 hours.

Is the quality of care in China actually good?

At the top hospitals — measurably yes: enormous case volumes, modern equipment, internationally trained specialists. Quality varies by institution, which is why we only route you to a vetted shortlist, never "any hospital in China".

I don't speak Chinese. How does this actually work?

That's the product. Your bilingual companion handles registration, consultations, payment and reports at your side; your report package comes back in English, structured for your home doctor.

Do I need a visa?

UK, EU, Canadian, Australian and many other passport holders currently enter visa-free for up to 30 days — enough for almost any diagnostic sprint or day surgery. U.S. passport holders need a visa (or can use the 240-hour visa-free transit for shorter trips); your plan covers the paperwork either way.

How do payments work?

Our service fees: card via Stripe/PayPal. Hospital bills: you pay the hospital directly — international Alipay linked to your Visa/Mastercard works at public hospitals, and we set it up with you before you fly.

What if something goes wrong — or I need follow-up at home?

The honest hard part of any medical travel. Your quote covers complication considerations and aftercare needs before you commit, Remote Aftercare keeps your Chinese physician in the loop after you fly home, and some cases get a clear "stay home" from us.

The waitlist won't miss you.
